St Mary Woolnoth carries its own musical history as the church of John Newton, the priest behind the famous hymn "Amazing Grace," and at Ecclesia we get to keep singing that same testimony of the goodness of God. Move between stages, five minutes apart, and let a day of gospel, Christian hip hop, indie, soulful R&B and worship echo through some of the city's most striking historic church buildings. The heart of it all is simple: gather God's people in praise, thanksgiving and celebration, building an altar in the city right in the heart of London.
